Meet the character behind the name. Kate Schley is the Owner and Originator of the concept behind Coach House Homes.  A wife and mother of three, Kate started Coach House Homes because of an inner desire to be an open and honest contractor. She brings her knowledge and expertise to home owners in a transparent and educational format. 

Kate understands how big of a decision working on homes is to Home Owners.  She has a passion for teaching and guiding her clients in every decision they make, providing a true partnership approach.

Starting her Design Build career back in 2003, Kate has worked on projects from designing whole house interiors of luxury Spec homes in Las Vegas, to managing entire hotel renovations, including spas, restaurants, and guest suites, as well as developing custom homes, and major home renovations.  

Since 2012, Kate has been consulting Home Owners in the Milwaukee area on projects from kitchen and bath remodels,  additions, whole house remodels, and custom homes.  After experiencing all sides of construction, Kate saw the need for providing a personalized and caring approach to home building and remodeling. She wants to be your trusted advisor.
