Kate Schley

Starting her Design Build career in 2003, Kate has worked on projects from designing whole house interiors of Luxury Spec Homes in Las Vegas to managing complete hotel renovations, building out spas and restaurants, as well as developing home renovations and additions. Since 2012, Kate has been consulting homeowners in the Milwaukee area on projects from kitchen and bath remodels, additions, complete house remodels, and custom homes. Through her years of experience, Kate saw a need to provide homeowners with a personalized and caring approach to homebuilding and remodeling. Kate lives in Grafton with her husband AJ, and their three children, Bryten, Lorelei, and Harrison Reid.

Director of Construction

A.J. Gall

AJ is our Director of Construction at Coach House Homes. He plans and oversees the on-site production process of your project from start to finish. AJ uses his experience in project management to earn your trust and ensure your project runs smoothly. He loves getting to know clients and building relationships when working on projects. When AJ isn’t working, he is an outdoors enthusiast. He loves hunting, playing sports and sharing his passions with his children. AJ is a Cedarburg native and lives here with his wife Kaley and their three children, Maverick, Remi, and Willow.

Director of Financials

Leslie Wittmann

Leslie is our Director of Financials who works with our valued customers on all financial items in each phase of your project. Leslie has a background in finance and uses her thoroughness to ensure your project remains on budget and schedule. She relishes learning and is always seeking opportunities to expand her industry knowledge to help inform others. Renovating a home is such a rewarding investment and she feels honored to guide clients throughout the process. Leslie finds joy in being able to work with the many different people involved in each project, from clients to subcontractors and various vendors. When Leslie isn’t working, she enjoys spending time outdoors, playing volleyball and going on adventures with her son. She lives in Menomonee Falls with her husband Dan and son DJ.

Development Manager

Shelly Beck

Shelly is the Development Manager at Coach House Homes. She uses her years of experience in the construction industry to help guide you through the development phases of your project. Shelly finds joy in working collaboratively with various team members within Coach House and the many sub-contractors we’ve grown to consider part of our team. Shelly loves building relationships with clients and seeing their excitement once their projects are complete. Outside of Coach House, you will find Shelly watching live music, dancing, or traveling. Shelly lives in Brookfield with her husband Patrik, two sons Niko and Caden, and her two dogs.

Creative Design Coordinator

Erin Kearney

Erin is our Creative Design Coordinator who works with you through the development phase of your project by helping with material and finish selections as well as subcontractor coordination. She has a background in Interior Design and Marketing and has a passion for high end finishes and design with character. Erin finds the most joy in helping clients see their design dreams become reality. When Erin is not at the office, she loves exploring new restaurants, reading, and golfing. She lives in Port Washington with her husband Collin and two children, Callahan, and Finley.

Project Manager

Tony Green

Tony is a Project Manager who brings several years of construction industry experience to Coach House Homes. He is a dedicated teammate whose main goal is to ensure that you receive the highest-quality services that meet and exceed expectations. Tony loves building meaningful relationships with clients and seeing their reactions upon project completion. Outside of the office, Tony loves racing dirt bikes and hunting. He lives in West Bend with his fiancé Kelsey and son Hayden.

Project Manager

Dustin Haberman

Dustin is one of our Project Managers who is a jack of all trades and brings a wealth of life experience to the team. He oversees the day-to-day construction activities of your project, ensuring the quality of work meets the Coach House Homes standards. He thrives on building relationships and trust with our clients, making sure all expectations are met. In his free time, Dustin loves working in his shop on various engraving projects, hunting, and working on his house. He lives in West Bend with his wife Maggie and two children Mason and Kenah.
