Once we secure the desired design, Coach House Homes becomes your personal Construction Agent, and competitively bids your project to various trusted trade contractors. We then present total project costs, based on bids provided by our trade partners. We do this using our transparent approach, showing you all underlining costs and potential savings. 

Final details and selections are made to keep the project within budget. A final contract is written and signed.
